The parish is located in El Cerrito and Richmond in Contra Costa County. We invited the El Cerrito Mayor Caroline Wysinger, Richmond Mayor Eduardo Martinez and Supervisor John Gioia to celebrate with us.   All three attended and celebrated with us.
